Premium features are available through a paid subscription processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure; resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization; or use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns.

Smart wallet identification, virality scores, and risk assessments are algorithmic estimates and may contain errors. Token classifications, exit detection, and rug pull warnings are best-effort signals, not guarantees.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by SmartMoneyTracker and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
