When you create an account, we collect your email address and encrypted password. When you use our service, we collect usage data such as alert preferences, filter settings, and feature interactions. We do not collect or store your cryptocurrency wallet private keys, seed phrases, or any information that could be used to access your funds.
We use your information to provide and improve the SmartMoneyTracker service, send alerts to your configured Discord webhook, process subscription payments through Stripe, and communicate important service updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full credit card details. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
We use the following third-party services: Google Cloud Platform (hosting and database), Stripe (payment processing), Discord (webhook alert delivery), Etherscan (blockchain data), CoinGecko (token pricing data), and DexScreener (market data). Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
We use minimal browser storage (localStorage) to maintain your login session and UI preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics services. We do not serve advertisements.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your account information or request account deletion by contacting us. You may unsubscribe from communications at any time.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
